About Tangletown Gardens

We offer a unique work environment in which our Tangletown Gardens Farm, Design Team, and Garden Center are intertwined to offer our guest the unique experience they find at Tangletown Gardens. We take pride in our holistic approach to running our Garden Center. We sustainably grow much of the outdoor plant material sold in our Garden Center at our 140 acre farm in Plato, MN, keeping it truly local, and offering guests the very best selection in the Upper Midwest. Our Garden Center is also brimming with distinctive pottery, unusual plants and trees, interesting houseplants and one of a kind pieces from near and far, that helps to set us apart from others. Landscape Crew Member

Landscape Crew Member:

The Landscape Crew member is an integral part of the installation process of landscape projects from inception to completion. Landscape Crew Members will work under the direction of the Landscape Foreman to complete landscape installations at client sites.

 

Crew Member Position Overview:

-Work under the direction of Landscape Foreman, Designer and/or Landscape Facilitator to complete landscape projects for clients.

-Assist in all facets of the landscape process, from demo, to hardscapes and planting.

-Ability to safely operate tools and equipment used on site.

 

Position Requirements:

-High school diploma, GED or equivalent.

-Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

-Flexible work hours, Monday-Friday between 8am-5pm. Availability to work weekends or overtime as needed.

-Ability to bend, kneel, walk, stand and crouch for long periods of time during workday; able to lift 60-80 lbs, and able to work in all outdoor conditions.
