Landscape Crew Foreman
The Landscape Foreman is responsible for the installation and management of landscape projects from inception to completion. The Landscape Foreman shall assist Designers with pre-install estimate and decision making, onsite layout, and efficient and precise installation and completion of each project. The Landscape Foreman is also responsible for crew management and coordination with the Landscape Facilitator.
Landscape Foreman Position Overview:
-Full-time position April-November.
-Supervise, direct and manage crews to ensure efficiency, quality and safety at the job sites
-Ensures all tools and equipment are properly maintained
-Practices excellent communication with Landscape Designer, Landscape Facilitator and the client.
-Provides end of day reports, and tracks job hours for all crew members.
-Conducts weekly meetings with crew to cover proper planting procedures, further training, weekly plans, etc.
-Must be willing to obtain MN-DOT health certificate in order to drive company vehicles.

Landscape Crew Member
Landscape Crew Member:
The Landscape Crew member is an integral part of the installation process of landscape projects from inception to completion. Landscape Crew Members will work under the direction of the Landscape Foreman to complete landscape installations at client sites.
Crew Member Position Overview:
-Work under the direction of Landscape Foreman, Designer and/or Landscape Facilitator to complete landscape projects for clients.
-Assist in all facets of the landscape process, from demo, to hardscapes and planting.
-Ability to safely operate tools and equipment used on site.
-High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
-Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
-Flexible work hours, Monday-Friday between 8am-5pm. Availability to work weekends or overtime as needed.
-Ability to bend, kneel, walk, stand and crouch for long periods of time during workday; able to lift 60-80 lbs, and able to work in all outdoor conditions.
