Shipping policy

 

  • Online orders are usually available for in-store or curbside pickup within 24 hours. Call us at 612-822-4769 with any questions or to check on the status of your order.
  • For curbside pickup, please park near the main gate on 54th Street and call us at 612-822-4769 to let us know you've arrived.
  • Local delivery orders are delivered Mon-Fri, usually within 2 business days of your order. Please note at checkout if you would prefer weekend delivery and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • If you are interested in shipping items to locations outside of our local delivery area, please contact us at orders@tangletowngardens.com for shipping rates and options. We are unable to ship live plants at this time.
